Sister of Catherine Arthurs and aunt to several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Isabelle and Edgar Tibbs, siblings Lois, Charles, Harris, and Albert Lee, son-in-law Clyde Dean, and granddaughter Jessica Flato.
