Betty Jean Hearing, age 80, of Picayune, MS passed away Thursday, November 22, 2018. A native of Pensacola, FL, she was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Betty loved spending time with her family and she always found the good in everyone. She never found bad in anyone. She enjoyed dancing and playing with her grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Jackson Patterson; parents, J. B. Shepherd and Cleo Derringer Shepherd; son, Michael Anthony Patterson; three sisters and two to cherish her memory are her children, Ronald Jackson Patterson, Larry Gene Patterson, Wendell Barry Patterson, Rhonda Michelle Fowler and husband Gerald, and Kimberly Dawn Patterson; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; brother, Darrell Shepherd and wife Lisa; sisters, Bobbie Sullivan,Vivian Drawdy, and Rita Frickey.
