Betty Huffman Morgan, 68, formerly of Mobile, Alabama, passed away in Boerne, Texas on 4 November 2015. Betty was born at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida to Vernon and Dorothy Huffman. She was preceded in death by both parents. Betty is survived by sister, Sue (Joe) Cantu and brother, Ken (Terri) Huffman; son, Ronnie (Shelley Mazurek) Morgan, daughters, Tammy Morgan, and Tonya Morgan Mahoney; six grandchildren; seven nieces and nephews; 12 great nieces and nephews; and one great, great niece. Betty is a graduate of WP Davidson High School in Mobile. Betty worked in banking for more than 30 years. Prior to moving to Pipe Creek, Texas, you could find Betty in the money room at Mobile Greyhound Park. Upon moving to Texas, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank in Lake Hills, Texas; eventually going to work at the Jefferson Bank in Boerne. Betty was a selfless person who would do anything for anybody. She was a longtime caregiver for both of her parents while maintaining a fulltime job. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
