Betty Jane Rhoades, of Odon, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, February 3, 3022, just shy of her 96th birthday.
For 15 years, Bob and Jane traveled all over the world: Long Beach, California; Key West, Florida; Port Lyautey, Morocco; Charleston, South Carolina; West Malling, Kent, England; and finally Great Lakes Naval Training Center, Waukegan, Illinois until he retired from the Navy. In 1967, they moved to Odon when their friend, Jim Ramsey, suggested they come to work at Crane. They had met Jim when they were stationed in Morocco and had kept in touch over the years.
Jane and Bob lived, worked, and raised their family in Odon for the next 55 years.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Dorothy Hodges.
