Betty Jane Pressler, 65, of Goshen, died at 5:05 a.m. Saturday (Jan. 16, 2010) in Greencroft Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after a battle with cancer. She was born Sept. 22, 1944, in Pulaski, Tenn., to Marvin A. and Virginia I. (Chapman) McClure.

She is survived by three daughters, Stacy L. (Ramon) Johnson of Elkhart, Bettie J. Pressler of Osceola and Bobbie J. (John D. Love Sr.) Pressler of St. Paul, Minn.; four brothers, L.C. (Donna) McClure, Riley (Shirley) McClure and Roy McClure, all of Elkhart, and Jimmy (Jonnie Sue) McClure of Prospect, Tenn; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Irene Newman of Prospect, Tenn; and her former spouse, the father of her children, Richard Pressler of Elkhart.

She was preceded in death by one grandson, Jesse Pressler, and three brothers, Billie, Alfred and Buster McClure. Ms. Pressler was a homemaker who prided herself on her tidy home. She loved to be around people and made many friends. She enjoyed drawing, arts and crafts, fishing, shopping and watching westerns like “Little House on the Prairie.”
