Betty J Williamson, 83, of Greenwood, passed away Saturday, June 1, 2019. She was born to Oral and Dessie (Woodall) Bray on November 5, 1935 in Somerset, Kentucky.
Betty was a parts inspector for Berg Electronics for 15 years, retiring in 1999. Betty was married to Fred Williamson; he precedes her in death. She loved gardening and planting flowers. Betty enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The staff and residences of Greenwood Village Pavilion held a special place in her heart.
Betty is survived by her two daughters, Lisa (Dwayne) Dykes of Whiteland and Sheila (Mark) Rich of Whiteland; her sisters, Dean Bray of Ohio, Jalene Price of Kentucky, Beulah Sanders of Kentucky, Debbie Mayfield of Kentucky and Bonnie Lovins of New Whiteland; her brother, David Bray of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Danika (Ben) Tracy, Danielle Calhoun, Joseph (Mary Jane) Dykes, Tasha (Bill) Dykes, Daniel (Wendy) Rich, and Makayla Rich; and her great-grandchildren, Desaray Jaynes, Alyssa Jaynes, Cameron Tracy, Nate Tracy, Leah Jaynes, Ryder Jaynes, Gunner Jaynes, Lyric Tracy, Logan Tracy, Haley Crouch, and Hailey Rich.
Besides her husband, Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Oral and Dessie (Woodall) Bray, her brothers, Bernard Bray, Bobby Bray, and Berl Bray; and her two sisters, Carol Inabinett and Wanda Bray.
