Betty J. Baker, age 81 of Milwaukie, OR, formerly of Milford and Stratford, CT, peacefully passed away at her residence on Friday February 17, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late James T. Baker. Betty was born on November 11, 1930 in Pittsfield, Ma, the daughter of the late Amanda and Carl Wallin.
She is survived by her son Kai Baker and his wife Shana of Portland, OR; daughters Evelyn Clough and her husband Ronald of Stratford, Patricia Hovan and her husband Gerald of Haymarket, VA, Barbara Gernat of Stratford, Ingrid Chrismond of Shelton and, 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren, sister Marjorie Estes and her husband Frank of Concord, NH, and several beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
