Betty Jane (Hoefler) Barton, wife of the late Leslie Neil Barton, Jr., left us peacefully with her children and granddaughter by her side on Thursday, February 26th. She was born in Cleveland, OH on September 25, 1926 to the late Edward and Bessie (West) Hoefler.
Betty moved to Springfield, MA in her high school years where she met her future husband, Leslie. They lived in Middletown, CT for 40 years where they had their two children Sharon Jane Robinson and Leslie Edward Barton. They moved to Berlin, CT and spent 10 years there. Betty moved to Deland, FL in 2012 to be near her daughter and son-in-law, Richard Robinson, granddaughter, Becky Jean Bartell and grandson, Richie Leon Robinson. While in Florida her great granddaughter, Autumn Jane Bartell entered her life and brought her great joy.
