Betty Louise Greenwell of Genesee passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016, at Royal Plaza in Lewiston. She was 91. Betty was born to on March 20, 1925 to Henry and Hattie Scharnhorst Koster. She attended and graduated from Genesee Elementary/High School. She grew up and worked on the family farm in Genesee and was married to Phillip D. Greenwell in Genesee on June 3, 1944. They continued to work on the family farm for a few years until Phil opened and operated a repair shop at Sweetwater.
