Betty Elizabeth (Oxenreider) Good, 73, was born December 23, 1937 in Chariton, Iowa. She was the daughter of Willard and Mildred Oxenreider of Chariton. She married Tim Good of Excelsior Springs, Missouri on November 21, 1962.
Betty was a teacher for 16 years in both Iowa and Missouri. She also worked as an inspector at DEKKO and a cook at Casey’s. She also worked for 17 years as a bookkeeper and clerk at G.O. Implement.
Betty is survived by her two sons; Timothy Jr. and Jeff Good, both of Chariton, daughter-in-law; Jennifer, and three grandchildren; Timothy, Taylor and Tori, two brothers; Ed (Virginia) and Gale Oxenreider of Chariton, one sister; Judy (Craig) Bonnett of Bussey, Iowa, sister-in-law Marleen Oxenreider of Chariton, two brothers-in-law; Joe Good of California and Bill McGaugh of Missouri and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Tim Good, mother and father; Mildred and Willard Oxenreider and brother Gene Oxenreider. Also her husband’s parents; Hobart, Jim and Marguerite Good, sisters-in-law; Peggy McGaugh, Dorothy Creason and Liz Hutchings and brother-in-law; Mert Creason all of Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
