Betty M. Bare, 92, of Anderson, passed away July 22, 2016 at Rawlins House in Pendleton, IN. She was born September 22, 1923 in Greene County, IN and resided most of her life in Anderson.
Betty graduated from Midland High School in 1941. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Mounds Baptist Church, where she was very involved in several activities.
Betty is survived by her son, Mike (Lisa) Bare of Rushville, IN, two daughters, Pam (Steve) Barry of Plymouth, IN, Janet (Glen) Howard of Pendleton, IN, 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 1 niece and 2 nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Lyle Bare, her parents, Dean and Olive Terhune, and a brother, Dale Terhune.
