Betty B. (Belles) Koplin, 90, of Silver Ridge Park North section of Berkeley Twp., NJ died on Tuesday May 14, 2019 at Hampton Ridge Nursing Home in Toms River, NJ. Betty was born in Nanticoke, Pa. She was a bookkeeper for Ocean County Community College in Toms River, NJ. Betty was a parishioner of St. Paul Lutheran Church, a choir member and was the financial secretary. Betty enjoyed traveling especially to Atlantic City and spending time at the family’s cabin in the Poconos, where she enjoyed baking and eating blueberry pie. She was an avid NY Yankee’s fan.
She loved visits with her family and her grandchildren. She enjoyed Friday night card club with the ladies from church. Betty is predeceased by her parents Andrew and Ruth Belles; her husband Gail Koplin; her son David Koplin and her brother Jimmy Belles. Surviving are her children Dr. Carl Koplin and his wife Chrisie of Connecticut, Nancy Koplin of Beachwood, NJ and Susan Overmiller and her husband Dr. Carl of West Virginia; her 7 grandchildren and her 7 great grandchildren.
