Betty Anne Violette, in her later years was an avid reader, loved to walk and enjoy any and all sweets, especially donuts. In her younger years, Betty was quite adventurous and loved to travel, tennis, golfing, skiing, knitting, and swimming. She was a good cook and loved to eat.
Betty was born April 2, 1934 in Hartford, CT and passed away April 12th, 2022 in Parker, CO where she resided. She was a Spanish teacher for 16 years and it was her passion. She loved her students and took them on many on trips to Spain over the years. She also worked in the worked in real estate, and her son David’s company in the bay area for many years. Betty was also a lover of animals and will be buried with all her pet’s cremated remains.
Betty Ann leaves behind her loving family. Betty Anne Shire (Daughter) of Parker, CO, Valerie Zampino (Daughter) and Angelo Castelli (Son-in-law) of Elizabeth CO, Nicole Smith (Granddaughter) of Fresno CA, Tim and Tiffany Wissner (Grandson and Granddaughter) of Seattle WA, Jason and Annie Wissner (Grandson and Granddaughter) of Denver CO, Chris Shire (Grandson) of Parker CO, Jon Shire (Grandson) of Parker CO, Jeanette Proganna (Sister) of Kitty Hawk, NC, Elaine Ferrara (Sister) of South Carolina, and Judy Volpe (sister) of Bradenton FL. Betty has five great grandchildren and twelve nieces and nephews.
Betty Anne will be joining David Zampino (Son), Lucy Lieber (Mom), Sanders Lieber (Brother) and Sandra Roy (Sister) in Heaven.
