Betty Ann Boswell of Newnan died November 26, 2011 at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta. She was born June 21, 1934 in Newnan.
Mrs. Boswell was a woman who devoted her life to serving her God and nurturing her family. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother,” Nana”, to her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a steadfast friend to all she knew. She loved cooking and the inevitable convening of family and friends that came to enjoy the bounty of her table. Her family could always stand secure because, in her faith, she was a tireless prayer warrior for them.
She is preceded in death by her father, Hoyt Couch; her mother, Louise Couch Nichols and a grandchild, Steven Webb.
She is survived by her husband Dan Boswell. Her children are Dennis Boswell and his wife Angie, Anthony Boswell and his wife Debbie and Debra Hamilton and her husband Scott. Her life was enriched by six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Doris Gillespie and Barbara Jo Boswell.
