Voluntown, CT – Betty A. Chabotte, 67 of Lillibridge Ave. died Saturday, November 17, 2012 in Griswold, CT as a result of an automobile accident.
She was born in Norwich, CT on February 12, 1945 daughter of the late Henry and Sadie (Mahoney) Matthews. Betty worked at many places most notably at the Thermos in Norwich, Eldridge Hardware and lastly as a packer at Donner Photographic. She was predeceased by two brothers, Albert Matthews and Henry Matthews.
Betty is survived by four children, Joseph Deschamps, Richard Deschamps, Debra Deschamps and Corena Deschamps, a brother Michael Matthews and a sister Ann Goodenough, and five grandchildren.
