Bette was born in Allen, Nebraska in 1937 moving to Greenleaf, Idaho in the early 1940’s with her family. She graduated from Greenleaf Friends Academy in 1954 and married in 1959.
Bette enjoyed getting together with family and friends for potlucks and card games. She also spent the summer weekends camping, boating and fishing with friends at Hell’s Canyon.
Bette is survived by her brother Milton Fitch,

Grandchildren Terra Laib, Zach Farris, Brianna Grezeszak, Shila Barton, Magenta and Aurora McDougal
Great grandchildren Mackenzie and Reese Laib, Josie and James Grezeszak and Jaxsen Barton
