Elizabeth Talbot Nielson, 90, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 2, 2018, at Tambree Meadows Assisted Living. The family would like to thank Solace Home Health and Hospice and Tambree Meadows Assisted Living for their compassionate care.
Elizabeth was born August 2, 1927, in Winder, Idaho, to Orville LaRay Talbot and Elizabeth Ann Martin Talbot. She grew up and attended schools in Preston, Idaho, and graduated from Preston High School.
On March 23, 1948, she married Merlin Edgar Nielson in Logan LDS Temple. To this union were born four children; Craig, Kim, Kurt and Robert. Elizabeth and Merlin made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Elizabeth worked at Roger Brothers as a Laboratory Technician. Merlin passed away on July 4, 2012.
