Salem Bertha Louise Wallace, 56, of Crooked Run near Clarksburg died Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 2:57 AM atUnited Hospital Center following an extended illness. She was born August, 31, 1954 in Clarksburg, She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Mayle. Her mother Betty Ilene Lattea Mayle survives in Salem. She was married to Russell Allen Wallace for nearly 35 years and they were blessed with a son, Russell Allen Wallace II (wife Tracy) of Buckhannon and a daughter Diania Nutter and her husband, Steven of Hepzibah. Also surviving are two brothers, Gregg Mayle (Marie ) of Florida and DeWayne Mayle (Linda) of Clarksburg; a sister, Chris Meredith (Mark) of Salem; two grandchildren, Andrew Pernell and Makayla Nutter; and three step-grandchildren, Katelyn. Sara, and Taylor Cunningham. Louise graduated from Liberty High School in 1974 and worked as a home care aide for Companion Care. She attended the Liberty Church of God. She was a wonderful wife and mother who loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, loved her dog, Princess; enjoyed watching CSI on TV and cherished her special friends Tony and Mel Manganello, John and Sherri Mills, Steve and Kathy Yachew, Jeff Paugh, and Teresa Conley.
