Bertha Irene Short Breeding, 78, Anderson, died July 27, 2005 at Community Hospital, Anderson after an extended illness.
She was born August 23, 1926 in Monterey, Tennessee, and resided in Anderson, Indiana. She lived in this area most of her life. She retired from Guide Lamp Division of General Motors after 31 years of service.
She is survived by her Daughter: Judi & husband Nathan ”Tim” Truitt of Anderson. Sisters: Lillian ”Gert” Key, Francis & husband John Gill and Reba & husband Lee Miller. Two Grandsons: Eric & wife Marlena Allen and Jeremy & wife Sarah Allen. Five Great Grandchildren: Morgan Allen, Braden Allen, Ian Allen, Sommer Allen and Sierrah Allen Several Nieces & Nephews. Special Friends: Kathy King, Judy Swindell and Joy McCowan.
A special thanks to Community Hospital of Anderson for their caring and kindness with special regard to the nurses on extended care.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Floyd M. Breeding in 1989. Parents: James & Linnie Short. Sisters: Hattie Bilbrey, Pearl Tinch, Ollie Thomas and Ann Plummer. Brother: Monroe Short.
