Waterbury- Bertha G. (Giesker) Johnson, 89, of West Main St. passed away on Tuesday March 9, 2010 at Glendale Center in Naugatuck. She was the widow of Philip Johnson Jr.
Mrs. Johnson was born August 15, 1920 in Pittsfield, MA daughter of the late William and Anna (Bullwinkle) Giesker.
Bertha is survived by her daughter, Dorothea Kirley and her husband Morgan of Waterbury, two grandsons, Edward and Mark, two great grandsons, Steven and Joshua. She was predeceased by her brothers, Frederick and William Giesker Jr.
