Mrs. Fonseca was born March 24, 1915 in San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico. She was the daughter of the late Angel Fonseca and Aparicia Carrasco.
She was survived by two sons Jesus Rosa of San Lorenzo, PR and Antonio Rosa of Waterbury, four daughters Julia Rosa, Antonia Benitez, Ramona Rodriguez and Carmen Gonzalez all of Waterbury, a brother Guillermo Fonseca of Cayey, PR., fifty six grandchildren, many great grand children and several great great grand children. She was pre deceased by two daughters Herminia Rosa and Estervina Rosa.
