LEWISVILLE- Bernida Ilene Cook, 67, went home to be with the Lord and her husband on Thursday evening May 21, 2020. Bernida was born in Kentucky on August 12, 1952 to the late Virdest and Lillie Mae (Duncan) Logan. Formerly of the Knightstown area, she has lived in Lewisville since 1985.
Survivors include her 2 sons, Duane Cook of New Castle and Brady (Mandy) Cook of Dunreith; 2 sisters, her twin, Bernice Cook and Dorothy Steward.
Bernida was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Wayne Cook on January 7, 2019. They were married in Knightstown on March 31, 1972; 2 siblings, Pansy Richmond and Frank Logan.
