Bernice S. Falenski, 90, widow of Joseph A. Falenski of Forestville, went home to her Maker on Saturday June 23, 2007 at Bristol Hospital.
Bernice was born on February 10, 1917 in Bristol, a daughter of the late Vincent and Mary Spakowski.

She is survived by her two daughters and a son-in-law Joan and Ron Trafford of Forestville, who will miss her so much, and Mary Ann Mead of Newington; her grandchildren Wendy Ann Trafford of Forestville , Dawn Marie and her husband Mark Brenner of Terryville and Lee Anne and her husband Joe Creevy of Rocky Hill; her four great-grandchildren Kolbie and Kyle Brenner, who were the apple of her eye and Megan and Michaela Creevy; her caregiver and loving and dedicated sister, Florence Dlugosz of Forestville; her sister-in-law Louise Tyminski of Bristol and a special niece Christine Piwnicki and her husband Larry of Bristol. Also, a very wonderful angel and nurse, Virginia Trafford.
She loved her family, her home and gardens and above all else, God.
