Born in Williamsburg, West Virginia, Bea Carder came to this area in 1992 from Leesburg. A graduate of Ronceverte Hospital School of Nursing, Ronceverte, West Virginia, she first started in hospital nursing and then joined the United States Air Force to follow a 20 year career, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Survivors include nieces, Mary Jones of Lewisburg, West Virginia, and Susan Gee and husband, Ed, of Ft. Worth, Texas; great nieces and nephews, Mike and Ann Jones of Charlotte, North Carolina, Keith and Cheryl Jones of Lewisburg, Bob and Melanie Gee of Midland, Texas, Becky and Erwin den Neuienboen of Hoboken, New Jersey, and a number of great-great-nieces and nephews.
