Bernice (Bea) Hales passed from this life to her heavenly home Sunday, June 11, 2017, at Hospice of West Alabama.
She was born February 24, 1926, Bea is preceded in death by her parents, Vester and Nettie Brown; sisters, Mae Shirley (Red), Erma McBride (Howard); brother, Clayton Brown (Kathryn) and husbands, Bill Deal and Raymond Hales.
She is survived by step-sons, Bill Deal (Dee) and Dr. Randy Hales (Margaret), step-daughters, Carolyn Couch (Bobby), Linda Crouch (Jimmy) and Brenda Hales and families. Also, special nieces and care-givers, Nell Fair and T’Lene Barringer (Johnny); niece, Amy Brown; and nephews, David Brown (Deborah) and Paul Brown; devoted great-nephew, Joseph Fair; and game playing partner great-great-niece, Julianna Fair; granddaughters, Kelly Kauffman (Brian) and son Tyler and Bethany Sharp (Jonathan) and daughters Eliana and Isabella. Special friends, Elaine Acker, George Hodgson, Cinda Perry and Randy Allen.
