Born November 3, 1913 in Woodbine Illinois she was the daughter of George A. and Amanda J. H. (Kuhse) Wand. Bernice worked at Economy Fire and Casualty Insurance Company from January 1947 to November 1978. She was the last surviving member of her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
