Bernice A. Lezon, age 95, of Geneva, formerly of Chicago, passed away Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Geneva Care Center, surrounded by her family.
She was born January 31, 1918 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of John and Katherine (Janda) Litwin.
She is survived by her children JoAnn Kuzlik of Elburn, Shirley (John) Smith of St. Charles, and Joseph (Kathleen) of Downers Grove; her grandchildren Denise (Jack) Feltes, Robert Kuzlik, Kathryn (Scott) Hofmann, Michael Kuzlik, Pamela (Christopher Busch) Kuzlik, Joyce (Craig) Sprau, John J. (Sharon) Smith, James Smith, and Ronn and Shawn Whitlock; her great-grandchildren Riley and Nathalie Whitlock, Anthony, Anna, Sarah, Emma Feltes, Julie Kuzlik, Victoria Kuzlik, Chase Hofmann, Ciarra and Dylan Busch, Joshua and Justin Smith, and Alyssa Sprau; and many dear nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister Frances Simkus; her four brothers Walter, Chester, Richard, and Matthew; and her beloved husband Joseph who passed away on February 28, 1997.
