Skip Hurley, 95, transcended off into the mountains for the final time on May 23rd, 2022 after living a long, fulfilled life. He was born March 7th, 1927 in Kansas City, Missouri then accompanied his family through The Dust Bowl to finally arrive in Pueblo, Co in 1935, when Skip was just 8 years old. He is now reunited with his parents; Bernard Hurley, Sr & Helen Hurley, his daughter Barbara, and brother William Hurley. He is survived and missed dearly by his beloved of 35 years, Irene Hays, his sons; Howard Hurley, and Marvin (Brandie) Hays, daughters; Tracy (Eli) Martinez, Katrina Hays, and Kimberly (Mike) Shifflett, his niece Linda Dotson, nephews; William, Robert, & Daniel Hurley, as well as his grandchildren; Alexis (Ismeal) Fierro, Hunter (Shannon) Felicia, Joe (Shannon) Martinez, Chad McNamee, and Mystic & Mathias Hays, and finally, his great-grandchildren; Jenisis, his birthday twin Cerenity, Rylee, Ayvah, Johna, Little Eli, Isla Rae, and Esme.
