Bernard “Russell” Howell, 80, of Maysville passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022, at the Maysville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Louis, Doug & Raymond Howell, and his sister, Jessie Goddard.
He is survived by his brother, Calvin Howell of Maysville.
