Bernard “Hay-Na” Lee Crow, 53, of Green Bay, WI passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Thursday, February 21, 2019.
Hay-Na was born on December 20, 1965 in Rockford, Illinois to Leroy Crow Sr & Elizabeth (Allison) Crow. The family moved back to Wisconsin Rapids after his birth. He grew up in the Wisconsin Rapids area and attended Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids. He later relocated to Green Bay Wisconsin where he spent the remainder of his life. Hay-Na was greatly known for playing guitar. He spent many hours practicing songs and playing for his friends and family. His favorite person to “jam out” with was his nephew Choo (Matthew). He also enjoyed playing disc golf with his brothers and nephews. He will always be remembered for his humor and making people laugh. He enjoyed telling jokes, going to rock concerts and traveling with his Nu-Nu (sister). They traveled to Florida many times together and he was always willing to jump in the car and take a road trip with her.
Hay-Na is survived by his children: Christine (Mitchell) Crow, Alexander (Brenda) Crow, Curtis Crow, Fawn Crow and Thorn White Eagle and his five grandchildren: Sylence, Sunny, Titus, Ely and Violet. He is further survived by his siblings: Dawn (Richard) Lopez, Joseph (Mari) Crow, Merlin Crow and special nephew Matthew (Brittany) Lopez. He was very close to his nieces and nephews: Mary (Mike), Elizabeth (George), Richard (Anika), Lori (Jesse), Matthew (Brittany), Joseph Jr, Evelyn, Mitchell, Shandelle and Maressa; and great nieces and nephews: Jesse Jr, Cruzito, Breanna, Kira, Shauna, Nihzhonie, Carla, Carenza, Suriya, Caleb, Sophia, Alessa; and his best friend, Ernesto Gonzales.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Leroy and Elizabeth Crow; a son, Edmund Crow; his brother, Leroy “Sonny” Crow Jr.; and his cousin, Alvin White.
