Bernard G. Ryan
Norwich- Bernard G. Ryan, 96, of Broadway, died Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the Norwichtown Rehabilitation and Care Center in Norwich. He was born in Norwich on August 18, 1918, he was the son of the late Bernard W. and Madeline (Fields) Ryan.
Mr. Ryan graduated from the Norwich Free Academy, Class of 1936. He worked all of his life as a welder for the Boiler Maker’s Union in Connecticut. Bernard was as communicant of St. Patrick’ Cathedral in Norwich.
He is survived by his brother, Donald Ryan of Norwich; his cousin, Carlotta Kennedy of Uncasville, and numerous cousins. He is predeceased by two cousins, Richard and Paul Jensen.
