Bernard D. “Sonny” Chase, Jr.,87, of Pendleton, passed away on March 8, 2021, at the Rawlins House in Pendleton.
He was born on March 4, 1934, in Hartford, Connecticut, and resided most of his life in Omaha, Nebraska. Sonny graduated from high school in Miles City, MT. He served his country in the United States Army. He was a draftsman for the Core of Engineers in Omaha, Nebraska. He was a Master Mason, and a member of the VFW.
Sonny is survived by his loving son, Mony Chase of Middletown; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson. Also, surviving is his sister, Sandra (Donald) Christman.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred Arthur; wife, Jaqueline Chase; and son, Lawrence J. Chase.
