Bernadine M. Roba, 84, of Fountain Hill, died Wednesday, February 6, 2008, at Old Orchard Health Care Center in Bethlehem Twp. She was the wife of the late Albert E. Roba who died Feb, 22, 2003. Born in Fountain Hill, she was the daughter of the late August and Ida (Dorsom) Hafner. She was a secretary for the Bethlehem Steel Co. and later the Modern Insulation Co. for many years. She was a member of St. Ursula’s Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed reading, knitting, crocheting, gardening and playing with her pets. Survivors: she will be lovingly remembered by son Gerald Roba and his wife Diane and daughter Cecilia L. Roba all of Fountain Hill; grandson Gary. She was predeceased by her brother Leonard.
