Bernadine Davidsmeyer, 84, of Jacksonville, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, at Memorial Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 20, 1931, in Jacksonville, the daughter of Bernard and Martha Helen Dodsworth Winner. She married Donald Lee Davidsmeyer on Oct. 24, 1957, in Virginia, and they later divorced.
She is survived by three daughters and one son, Rebecca Davidsmeyer of Jacksonville, Bruce (Gail) Davidsmeyer of Goodyear, AZ, Diane (Randy) Correll of Jacksonville, and Debra (Steve) Christison of Carrolton; six grandchildren, Allison Davidsmeyer, Kirk (Andrea) Davidsmeyer, Willa (A.J.) Campbell, Anne Correll, Carly Christison, and Colin Christison; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one great-granddaughter; and two brothers, Donald and Gerald Winner.
Bernadine was a 1950 graduate of Jacksonville High School. She loved her pets and was an avid Cubs fan. She especially loved her family.
