Bernadette Puariea, 63, passed away on April 13, 2022 at Arborview Court. She was the loving wife of Ronald Puariea for the past 42 years.
Bernie was born on October 3, 1958 in Stevens Point, WI to Everett and Theresa Porter. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Heaven parish where both of her daughters attended school. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her best memories were spending time with her husband, grandchild, children, loved ones, and friends. Bernie will be remembered for the love she shared, the tremendous strength she had fighting MS for most of her life, and her love for bunnies.
She is survived by her husband Ron, daughters: Nicole Jenkins and Natalie (Dave) Gruentzel , and grandchild, Fiona Gruentzel. She is further survived by her sister, Mary Jung (Ed) and brother, Ken Porter (Vija Kukainis), and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Arborview Court who were devoted caregivers to her for the past decade, Heartland Hospice, and River City Cab.
