Benjamin Gargano, age 82 of West Haven died at his home November 18, 2010. Ben loved nothing more than his beloved wife of 58 years Doris who took care of him to the last moment, his children Doreen and Barbara and their extraordinary husbands Joseph & Jack and his grandchildren Tommy (Angela), Katie, Shannon & Sara. He was predeceased by his parents Ben (Mr. Jones) Gargano and Mary Louise Ciarleglio Gargano and his brother Andrew Gargano. He retired from Amtrak in 1989 where he worked for 34 years as a railroad engineer. He served in the China Marines during WWII. He loved his cigars and being down the marina on his boat.
