Mr. Ben Carol McMillan, 78, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at his home in Newnan. Ben was born March 29, 1943 in Brunswick, GA to the late Ben Hill McMillan and Nell Carolyn Sneed McMillan. Ben honorably served his country in the U.S. Air Force, retiring after 20 years of service. While serving in the Air Force, he and his family lived in many states and countries where they made lifelong friends. After his military career, Ben worked for Delta Airlines as a flight simulator technician. He was a friend to many and there was no one he wouldn’t help. Survivors include wife of 56 years, Barbara Werner McMillan; daughters, Lisa Sawyer (Michael), Carolyn Bond, Heather McMillan (Tommy McDaniel); grandchildren, Joel Parker, Brittany Parker, Victoria McMillan; brothers, Patrick McMillan (Marly), Daniel McMillan (Cathy); numerous nieces and nephews.
