Belone “Bill” W. Dube, Jr., 78, husband of Joanne (Rossignol) Dube of Bristol passed away at his home on Wednesday March 11, 2009.
Mr. Dube was born on January 7, 1931 in Wallergrass, Maine a son of the late Belone W. and Mary Jane (Belanger) Dube, Sr.
Belone worked for Fafnir Bearing for 10 years, Aetna Insurance for 15 years and part time at Forestville Lumber for 35 years.
In addition to his wife of 58 years, he is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law Paul J. Dube of Windsor and Michael J. and Sandy Dube of Bristol; his four grandchildren, Chantel and William of FL and Christina and Stephanie of Bristol; his great-grandson Cody of FL; his brothers, Normand Dube of NY, Herman Dube of MO; his sisters Evangeline Picard of Plainville, Rita Corriveau of Bristol and Jacqueline Morin of Bristol; his daughter-in-law Diane Dube-Stone of Coral Springs, FL; his son-in-law Jeffery Bogazis of Bristol; his mother-in-law Marie Rossignol of Ft. Kent, ME and a good friend David Robert of Windsor and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his son Belone W. Dube III; his daughter Debbora S. Bogazis; his granddaughter, Loren Dube and his brother Edmond Dube.
The family would like to thank Drs. Bona and McNally and the entire staff of UCONN Cancer Center and Vitas Hospice of Middlebury.
