Belle D. McLendon, age 90, of Fair Oaks Ranch, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2005. Born in Nettleboro, Alabama, on April 5, 1915, she was the 4th of 12 children born to Henry F. and Etta Waddill Duke. A longtime resident of Daphne and Pritchard, Alabama, Belle had lived in Fair Oaks Ranch for over 10 years. She was a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in San Antonio. Preceded in death by 2 Husbands, J. C. Marshall and A. L. McLendon, as well as 6 Brothers and Sisters, Mrs. McLendon is survived by Sons, Harold Marshall and his wife, Pal of Fair Oaks Ranch, Jim Marshall and his wife, Denise of Katy, TX, and Ron Marshall of Houston, TX; Five Grandchildren; Nine Great Grandchildren; Four Sisters and One Brother.
