Bella Joyce Allen passed away on Friday, Sept. 11, 2009 at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center after a short battle with acute leukemia. Bella, a resident of Fort Walton Beach, was born July 13, 1932 in Shelbyville, Ill. She was affectionately known as “Ms. A” by her co-workers at Hardees and Chick-fil-A.
