Belinda Marie (Carroll) Marshall, 59, passed away surrounded by her family and into the loving arms of her savior, Jesus Christ at home on Tuesday, November 29, 2022. The daughter of Arthur Eugene “Gene” and Zola Marie (Workman) Carroll, she was born on February 25, 1963, in Wausau, Wisconsin.
Belinda married Ronald Eugene Marshall on June 27, 1980. She graduated from United Local High School in 1981 in the top ten of her class. Belinda worked in the home raising six children. Belinda also worked at the Spead Eagle Tavern in Hanoverton.
She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Ronald “Ron” Marshall; her mother, Zola Carroll of St. Albans, WV; six children, Lucas (Kasey) of Salem, OH, Shawn of Bainbridge, GA, Danielle (Gary) Allen of Richland, WA, Wesley (Michelle) of Mechanicstown, OH, Jake (Angela) of Salem, OH, and Tiffany (Craig) Randolph of Lakeland, FL; five siblings, Lindsay (Diane) Carroll, Rose (Robert) Branham, James Carroll, Suzette (Ted) Harrison, and Brenda Siaweleski; nineteen grandchildren, Bryce, Branden, Jasmin, Peyton, Ruby, Eva, Hadley, Logan, Hudson and McKenna Marshall, Aiden, Brooklynn, Britan, Briella, and Braxton Allen, Gavin and Carter Randolph and Dylan Robinson, Jayden Robinson; so many nieces and nephews, and devoted family and friends.
Belinda was a faithful member of the Columbiana Church of Christ. Her home away from home was at the Avalon Family Restaurant in Hanoverton where she had been employed in recent years. Her faith and her community kept her grounded in what matters most in life. She loved campfires and movies while sharing those experiences with her loved ones. She was a True Crime fan before it was cool.
She was preceded in death by her beloved father, Arthur “Gene” Carroll.
