Beatrice Virginia Knotts
Beatrice V. Knotts, 91, of Kingwood, died Friday, December 2, 2016 at her home with family by her side.
She was born May 31, 1925, in Grafton, the daughter of the late Harry C. and Nellie Jane Crowe Myers.
Beatrice was a loving mother and grandmother. She retired from Kenny Shoe Plant, she also cleaned various homes for local people; cooked at Dale and Sheila Frum’s Restaurant, Overley’s Family Restaurant and Mary’s Restaurant all in Kingwood.
Beatrice is survived by her grandchildren, Steven Riley and wife Betsy of Fairview, Deborah Thompson and husband, Sean of Kingwood, Lisa Fike of Massillon, OH, Beverly Muller and companion, Roger Kelley of Tunnelton, Charles Riley, Jr. and companion, Roberta of Kingwood and her son in-law, Charles D. Riley, Sr. who was her sole caretaker and he will cherish her sweet memories; great grandchildren, Brandon Riley, Shawntel Riley-Blaney, Joe Six-Riley, Tavish Riley, Trista Riley, Tim Wolford, Chris Wolford, William Wolford, Will Fike, Craighton Fike, Shannon Fike, Rodney Uphold, Brian Uphold, Jessica Uphold-Ansell; and numerous great great grandchildren.
Beatrice was also preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Ray Knotts in 1974, her son James (Eddie) Myers in 1956, her daughter Nellie Riley in 1978, an Aunt and two Uncles.
