Beatrice N. (Welch) Johns, 81, of 2085 Quenshuckney Road, Linden, died Sunday, August 21, 2011 at The Williamsport Regional Medical Center with her family at her bed side.
Beaty and her husband, Walter J. Johns, observed their 58th wedding anniversary on April 4, 2011.
Beaty was a member of Newberry Church of Christ.
Born April 23, 1930 in Linden, she was the daughter of Norman D. and Mildred E. Hill Welch.
Surviving in addition to her husband are brothers, Gerald S. Welch, Joseph (Peggy) Welch and Truman R. (Lois) Welch all of Williamsport and several nieces and nephews.
