Beatrice M. Johnson Baker, 78, Anderson, died February 5, 2005 at her residence after an extended illness.
She was born September 9, 1926 in Alexandria, Indiana, and resided in Anderson, Indiana. She lived in many different places. She worked for Hook’s Drugs in Anderson and Eckard Drugs in both Orlando and Lakeland, Florida. She was a 1942 graduate of Alexandria High School. Beatrice was the most loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. She always had a smile for everyone, a cheerful ”Hello” and never said a mean thing to or about anyone. She devoted her life to loving her family and friends.
She is survived by her Husband whom she married April 14, 1950: Orville D. Baker. Four Children: Anthonica & husband Brian Neel of Bennett, Colorado. Claudia Goldsmith of Anderson. Jeffery D. Baker of Anderson. Robin L. Dunham of Anderson. Two Siblings: Pamula Stafford. Max & wife Carolee Johnson of Manchester. Brother-in-law: Ray Passwater of Anderson. Twelve Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren. Niece: Bonnie Beall. Many special friends.
She was preceded by her Parents: Robert & Lethie Harton Johnson. Sister: Betty Lou Passwater. Brothers: Paul Johnson, Claude Johnson, Robert Lee Johnson, Harry Johnson and infant twin brothers.
