Basile “Bill” Tzovolos, 75, of Orange passed away March 1, 2012 at his home after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Olympia Fifis Tzovolos. Mr. Tzovolos was born in Treklous, Kalavrita, Greece on July 26, 1936, son of the late Gregory and Athena Tzovolos. He worked in the restaurant business for 40 years and last owned and operated Mykonos Restaurant on Selden St. in Woodbridge. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Gregory (Tracey) Tzovolos of Hamden, George Tzovolos of Orange and Basile Tzovolos Jr. of Oxford; three brothers, John and Nick Tzovolos, both of California and Paul Tzovolos of West Haven; seven sisters, Eleni Papadopoulos, Angela Tzavaras, Aglaia Zoukas and Elpida Tzovolos, all in Greece, Athena Garoufalis and Effie Kiriakatos, both in Calfornia and Maria Ziakas of New Jersey. He was predeceased by his daughter, Athena Tzovolos and a brother, Dimitri Tzovolos.
