He was preceded in death by two sons, Sam J. Williams and Billy R. is survived by his wife, Betty Lou Garrett Broach; Aunt, Nellie Mise, Uncle, Ed Broach and three grandchildren, Ashley L. Williams, David Williams and James D. Williams.
