Mr. Barry C. “Rocker” Byrne
, 49, passed away at home on Wednesday November 11, 2009 surrounded by his loving family.
Barry was born in Newark and lived in Kearny for many years. He moved to North Arlington 16 years ago.
He was employed as a truck driver for J.R. Haftek, Co. in Paterson for several years. Before that he was a tow truck operator for Bibs Auto parts in Kearny for many years. He was a member of the Brothers of North Jersey and Brick City.
He was survived by his fiancé Cathy Milo, his sons Rocky and Dylan Byrne as well as Cathy’s children Danny and Catherine Flanagan. He is also survived by another son Christopher Byrne. He also leaves behind his mother Margaret and sisters Debbie and Maureen. He was the brother of Greg Byrne. He was the uncle of Kara and Patrick. He was the nephew of Beryl and Johnny Grey. He will also be missed by Grandma Milo.
