Barron Lee Klopfenstine, age 60, died in his home on Sunday, December 30, 2018. He was born on January 16, 1958 in San Antonio, TX to Albert E. And Marjorie (Parks) Klopfenstine. Barron attended West Point Military Academy and played football for Army. He married Helen (Gonzalez) Klopfenstine on October 11, 1980 in Euless, TX. He enjoyed traveling and attended many Army football games all over the country with his West Point classmates. Barron could make anyone feel welcome and made friends wherever he went. He started his career as a grocery store bagger and worked his way up to district manager. He made every employee feel valued and respected and people loved working with him. Barron loved spending time with his grandchildren and got to be with his entire family for his last Christmas for the first time in many years. He is survived by his wife, Helen; daughters, Sarah (Nicholas) Klopfenstine-Wear, Laura (James) Clifford, Hannah Klopfenstine, Rebekah Klopfenstine; brother Michael; and four grandchildren.
