Barclay Webber, Sr. 87, of New Windsor, died Thursday, January 26, 2017, at his residence. Born February 13, 1929 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Anna Waring Webber and Kenneth Webber. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Kate Havener Webber.
He retired in 1990 as an attorney for the U.S Department of Transportation. He graduated from Cazenovia Central School, obtained a Bachelor and Master’s Degree with honors from Colgate University and Law Degree from Yale University. He served in the Air Force as a Lieutenant.
He enjoyed playing semi-pro baseball in Morrisville, NY and the annual alumni games in Cazenovia.
Besides his wife, he is survived by children Barclay Wm. Webber, Jr., Konrad H. Webber, Dirk B. Webber and Dara N. Webber, and a sister Lenore Davis.
