Barbara Ann Fell Knight Presley, 85, of Trussville, Alabama passed away peacefully at her home on March 12, 2019 with her loving family by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents William David Fell and Doxie Massey Fell, her husbands, Billy Joe Knight and Pat Presley, and her brother William David Fell, Jr. (Billy). She is survived and will be missed by her children; Sherry Knight of Lincoln, AL, Joe Knight (Caryl) of Trussville, AL, David Knight (Karen) of McCalla, AL, and Lisa Weeks (Glenn) of Huntsville, AL. She is also survived by her step-children; LaTona Cash, Ramona Patterson, and Michael Presley (Cindy) all of Montgomery, AL. She is blessed with ten grandchildren, Wesley, Kevin, Kristen, Kristina, Ashley, Johnny, Bradley, Jennifer, Melina, and Gant, 15 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a life-long lover of pets and will be missed dearly by her furry friends. Born in Winston County, Haleyville, Alabama on February 2, 1934, Barbara was a 1952 graduate of Haleyville High School where she was voted most beautiful by her senior classmates. After living in Miami, FL, Mobile, AL, Pascagoula, MS, and Grand Bay, AL, Barbara moved to Trussville in 2002. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ and served many years as Sunday school teacher. Barbara loved her Lord, her family, cooking, painting, sewing and crocheting, gardening, and playing the piano. She was also an avid business partner with her husband, Pat Presley, in their Satsuma farming business in Grand Bay. She fought a long, courageous battle, and her family would like to express heartfelt thanks to the talented staff of the Comfort Care Hospice team, her friends at Heritage Place Church of Christ and her cherished caregiver, Anita Phillips.
